So hi there, I’m Sonia, Life Coach and Healer. I’ve been a practicing Healer and a provider of personal development services in Lewisham and South London, both privately and in the voluntary sector for over 20 years. I am a Member of the Association for Coaching and The National Association for Spiritual Healers
(now known as The Healing Trust)

I approach life creatively, organically and spiritually. By that I mean, that I am here to enjoy and learn from my journey, no matter what happens along the way. My greatest joy comes from watching those in my personal and business life, discover and activate their own creativity. Nothing quite beats the excitement of sharing ever expanding visions of what is possible and creative ways to make them a reality.

I am a proud mother of two sons in their 20s who have followed their passions and achieved their aspirations. The eldest is currently in the process of transformation from the Managing Director of an Estate Agent to a volunteer with Kenyan orphans and the youngest from Oxford under graduate to Actor.

For me, personal development is healing and healing is personal development.

They cannot exist without each other: if you are committed to personal growth, you cannot fail to heal the part of you that held you back, equally if a physical, emotionally, mental or spiritual part of you heals, you cannot fail but develop a new understanding and experience of life. For this reason, I use a combination of healing and life coaching skills, designed for you to access your true self, beliefs and values, identify emotional and/or behavioural patterns that hold you back and to work with the power of your mind to achieve your heart’s desire and live life authentically.

So if it’s getting impossible for you to push your hopes and aspirations to the back of your mind, no matter how much you tell yourself to listen to the voice of reason ~
