The Process
Because of the uniqueness of each individual, sessions are creative, organic and fun. They vary in content and length according to client preferences and time/financial considerations. It is the creative, intuitive part of you that makes something new, so a fluid approach is applied to the delivery of all services to allow for your unique creativity to guide your own process.
Nothing about the Authentic~Life process is absolutely set in stone but for practical reasons, in the case of Distant Healing, a face to face Healing or Healing Goal Session is recommended first and similarly Telephone coaching sessions, are available after a Life Goal Session.
For those embarking on or already travelling a spiritual path a specialist Spiritual Path Coaching and Mentoring Service is also available.
